Our Vision & Mission

Founded in 2018 in Delhi, E-Gaming Federation (EGF) emerged from a simple yet powerful vision: to establish India as a global powerhouse in competitive gaming. We recognized the immense potential of esports in India and committed to building the infrastructure, talent, and community needed to compete on the world stage.

Our mission is threefold: to professionalize esports in India through structured tournaments and leagues, to nurture and develop gaming talent through coaching and infrastructure support, and to advocate for the recognition of esports as a legitimate sport and career path. We work closely with game developers, brands, and government bodies to create a sustainable ecosystem.

EGF operates state-of-the-art gaming facilities in Delhi, complete with high-performance PCs, streaming studios, and dedicated training areas. Our team of over 150 professionals includes former pro-gamers, sports psychologists, event managers, and digital content creators.

Our Journey

May 2018

EGF founded in Delhi with initial investment from gaming enthusiasts Rohan Mehta and Priya Sharma. Hosted first local tournament with 50 participants.

November 2019

Launched the first pan-India online tournament with prize pool of ₹10 Lakhs. Partnered with 3 major gaming peripheral brands.

2020-2021

Pivoted successfully during pandemic, hosting 15+ online leagues. EGF teams began competing internationally. Opened first physical gaming arena in Delhi.

2022-Present

Secured major sponsorship deals. Launched EGF Academy for talent development. Recognized by Ministry of Sports. Annual championship viewership crossed 10 million.

Our Core Services

Tournament Management

End-to-end organization of online and offline esports tournaments. We handle everything from conceptualization, rule-setting, and platform management to prize distribution and broadcast production. Our proprietary anti-cheat and fair-play systems ensure integrity.

Team Management

Professional management for esports teams including contract negotiations, sponsorship acquisition, travel logistics, and media training. We provide our players with coaches, nutritionists, and sports psychologists to optimize performance and well-being.

Content & Broadcasting

Production of high-quality esports content for streaming platforms and television. Our in-house studio produces live broadcasts, highlight reels, player documentaries, and educational content. We manage partnerships with YouTube, Twitch, and Hotstar.

EGF Academy

Comprehensive training programs for aspiring professional gamers. Courses include gameplay mechanics, strategy, mental conditioning, and streaming skills. We offer scholarships for top talent and pathways to join EGF-sponsored teams.
